Yes, I plan to take part in the next Kitemill finance round and want to receive the information package and an invitation to the investor presentation.

This is not a binding contract for investment, nor a promise of an investment opportunity. The sole purpose of this form is to gauge interest among Kitemill shareholders and certain individuals that have expressed interest to invest in Kitemill. Kitemill reserves the right to set a minimum amount, and/or to conduct the raise through a nominee solution like Crowdcube if the amount of interest warrants that. Pre-emptive rights will be honored. Final allotment will be made by the board of directors of Kitemill.
This funding round will yield a minimum of €3.5m and secure 12 months + of runway.
Looking further ahead, we aim to close a larger funding round late in 2025. With up to €8 million in co-funding from the EIC is in place pending the right lead investor, the potential is substantial. A quality lead investor is the critical next step. Once secured, we believe a finance round of 4x their ticket size is achievable.
