Q2 Flight Record Achieved After Resource Shift

Record performance Q2

In Q2, Kitemill achieved a new all-time high in flight operations, surpassing the record set in Q1. This milestone marks another step forward in operational consistency and system maturity.

What makes this result especially meaningful is that it was achieved during a period of reduced operational capacity. Several key team members were reassigned from flight operations to engineering — a necessary step as we deepen development work — yet the operations team continued to deliver at a high level.

This performance reflects both the growing efficiency of our test routines and the strength of our cross-functional collaboration. With clear handovers, improved procedures, and a robust KM1 system, the team maintained momentum and avoided any dip in output.

These achievements build on the Q1 performance, where we also reached a new flight record and reported progress on VTOL and autonomous landing. Now, with back-to-back record quarters, we see clear evidence that our system and team are both scaling up — not just in capability, but in resilience.

As we head into Q3, the focus remains on pushing efficiency even further, while supporting the engineering team with operational data that feeds directly into system improvements.
